I recently got a delivery of a huge bouquet of gorgeous flowers, after a few hours two of my lillys began to wilt which was a little disappointing. Hi: I did not see the flowers that you delivered, but the recipient said that they were lovely. I was quite surprised to see that in addition to a delivery fee I was charged a service fee. That was a real disappointment. I thought service would be included in the preparation and delivery of the flowers.

Fantastic customer service and friendly employees! I ordered flowers the day before Valentines Day, and the university I sent them to lost the flowers. I called, asking whether or not they truly had delivered them, and they worked with me on the phone to determine the exact time and location when they were delivered. The university was closed for the night at that point, but they offered to send free flowers in order to make up for them not being properly delivered, despite the fact that it was entirely not their fault. Will definitely use them again when I send my girlfriend flowers!

Dave and Lori Ann provided the flowers for my July wedding. I didn't have a strong vision for my flowers, so I gave Lori Ann a lot of artistic freedom. Best decision I ever made. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough good things about these two. Easy to work with, gorgeous designs, fairly priced- overall a great experience. They even thought of small touches on the day of my wedding that I didn't think to request, like dressing up my cake with some blooms. Highly recommend!

Despite the fact that there "red" roses were not available, using the white roses with small red roses was perfect....as it was for a wake/funeral...and the roses were used the next day to put on the coffin as we said goodbye. Thanks very much for a great job!

There were 'some' back-and-forth logistical/timing issues on this order for a delivery offsite to the family beach house in Outer Banks, NC. However, to Dave's credit, we were able to work-out and rectify a minor kerfuffle...and Dave was gracious and understanding in the complexity of working remote on a very special occasional display. I received 2 arrangements for Christmas. One was the Kinkade Home for the Holidays Arrangement from my husband and the other was Christmas Flower arrangement sent from my brother & wife who live in Rhode Island. Both my husband & brother used teleflora to send the arrangements...it has been my experience in the past when receiving arrangements via teleflora from other florists, the arrangements were not very nice... However, House of Flowere, LLC is at the top of my list...the arrangements were just beautiful, full, healthy...there was definately a personal touch taken in preparing the arrangements....I would like to thank you...the arrangements added a lovely touch to my holiday decor...
