Mother's Day flowers arrived wilted. The latex balloons were deflated. They must have been blown up the day before. We didn't receive a call to confirm anyone was home. We didn't even get a knock on the door. We walked outside to leave for church and notice the vase laying on its side on our walkway (we don't have our own dedicated porch). The vase that was shown in the picture when ordering was not the same vase that arrived. The purple deflated balloons had curly ribbon that didn't even match the arrangement.

Beautiful arrangement love the square vase underneath I would definitely use them again my boyfriend sent them and they were perfect
