As to the price we along we every business now are struggling to get product and prices are double what we were paying a year ago. I was unable to attend the funeral, but I was told the flowers were beautiful. The only suggestion that I have is that the email with the delivery notice contain the date that the flowers were delivered. I received the notice the day after the flowers were delivered and had to call to be sure the flowers had been delivered on the correct date. Thank you.

Usually if substitutions are made I get a call sooner but with everything going on they must have forgotten to let me know until I was on my way. I wanted daisies and got white roses. I picked those flowers because they were brightly colored and out of the norm. What was delivered was pretty but they used very dark colors and it was more of a fall arrangement instead of a birthday arrangement. I recommend calling ahead to make sure they intend to create a bouquet that they advertise.

After my order, sales person called me to inform me that the plant I ordered was not in stock and asked to switch. Since the plant was going to a funeral that I wasn't going to be at, they could have sent anything and I would have never known the different! Very happy with the process and recipient family was very happy with the 'beautiful plant'!
