For $80 selection - I expected more. My sister loved them and that is all that matters but I did choose premium expecting more. They were delivered at the time I asked and I was so appreciative especially since I ordered them the night before. Also- I should have known better than to leave it up to the florist to decide what premium was. I won’t do that again.

I'm glad we were able to get them to you in a timely manner. When we are crafting an arrangement , we go by the money actually spent on the flowers, which as you stated was $80.00. This arrangement had 3 purple snapdragons, 3 pink roses, 2 coral roses 3 purple carnations, 3 coral hypericum, hot pink alstromeria, and 3 lavender poms plus the greens and the vase and labor. When I priced out this bouquet according to the recipe the designer used it actually prices out a bit higher than $80.00. ($95.00 to be exact) Flower prices have risen and $80.00 does not get you what it used to.

The flowers were beautiful, but she had to stay late at work because the they weren't delivered till after 5pm. I understand it's a busy day and they do their best, but I would've canceled the order if I'd known it was going to take that long. I've used Judy's before and this hasn't happened, but I did feel bad for my girlfriend who had to sit around and wait on her flowers.

This company has the two things that I look for in a service. Will the "item" arrive when and where it is supposed to be-on time, & as promised & two-stellar concern for their customers. Just Judy's hit it out of the park on both. When another florist didn't deliver as promised, & the intended recipient's special passed w/o receiving their flowers; Just Judy's stepped in & made it happen. I called late in the day, & the flowers made it to their destination before lunch the following day. The arrangement was stunning! The recipient was thrilled. Ordered custom delivery and requested all pink and no roses for a birthday gift. There was only one kind of pink flower and they added yellow roses, green flowers and orange flowers. All the flowers were great quality but just frustrating to have a custom option that’s not really custom. If there is a supply problem understandable but communicating that to the purchaser wouldn’t be as disappointing.

The arrangement was unique, and perfect for our Irish friend with all the green and the bells of Ireland! She loved it. I usually keep my flowers a good 3 weeks...I know that different flowers are not hardy, the sunflowers died first in 4 days, then the lilies, the rest of the arrangement is still looking good, it is 10 days today...The arrangement overall was beautiful and your driver was excellent...

Judy is an amazing floral designer who treats each creation with care and love, whether it be a simple vase delivery or an elaborate bridal bouquet, I have always been completely impressed and satisfied. My boyfriend & I ordered Chinese Evergreen plant for his mom in Pensacola. Due to Covid-19 and Mother's Day rush, I was impressed that they were able to get it to her the very next day! To add, the arrangement was pleasant; the size and quality matched my expectations exactly. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

I'm sorry you were disappointed Andrew. Your upgrade was $20 more than the 15 tulips pictured. 10 tulips were added which is actually a $30 value. Maybe you would of preferred the additional moneys used on other flowers, but the selection you choose was shown as all tulips. If it had not been more than a week I could have made changes to the arrangement for you. Bouquet was STUNNING and exactly as ordered. Placed my next-day order at 11PM and it was delivered by 11AM the following morning. Normally, I give five-star ratings to Just Judy's Flowers but this time I give a four. The flowers I ordered were not the ones delivered. I realize mistakes happen or maybe you didn't have any alstroemeria and ivory roses. The recipient was happy with the bouquet she received, so I decided not to call. All is good! I was very disappointed with the size and grandeur of the flower arrangement I orderered my staff assistant for Professional Admin day. I even paid extra for the upgrade! This was not the first time that I've experienced a disappointing and small arrangement from this florist either. I will need to try other florists to see if I experience the same results.

This is a fantastic florist! This was the first time I used them to order flowers. The flowers were to be delivered to a hospital and when they got there they found out the recipient was in ICU and could not have flowers. They volunteered to take the flowers back and redeliver them when he was in a regular room, at no charge. I have never known a florist to do that - WOW! Cris, we confirmed delivery at 3:30 on December 2nd and you should have received an email to that effect. Usually you hear from the recipient when the thank you notes are sent. They may not have finished those yet. Personally speaking it took us almost a month to get ours out. Just Judy's did my bridal bouquet and my husband's custom, surprise boutineer. Erin made the consultation easy and listened to everything that I wanted to have done. I had a specific vision I wanted for my husband's boutineer. I made boutineer charms with his grandmothers on them and she was able to incorporate them just as I had envisioned them! I ordered flowers online through one of the big corporate flower websites. They waited till one our before my girlfriend's work closed to update that the flowers would not be delivered in time. Called Judy's at 4:15pm and explained my situation and asked if they could help. They made the exact arrangement I wanted and had it delivered to her by 4:50pm. Very impressed. I am very happy with my arrangement and the freshness of the flowers. My only suggestion would be to give more instruction about the preservative for the water. I did not know when I should dissolve and replenish the arrangement and the care instructions that I received with this email really should have arrived the same day as the arrangement or one day later, not three days later.

Courtney, I am so happy you were pleased with your flowers. I am confused though about the preservative instructions. There should have been a care card attached. It explains to completely change the water in vase every three days and replace flower food? I'm also unsure about the email you received. It is usually sent to sender and care instructions are not involved. I would love to hear your suggestions to make care of your fresh arrangement clearer. Thank you for your feedback.
