Labo was excellent. The flowers were beautiful and lasted weeks. I haven’t used Labo’s for several years now since I had one bad experience many years ago. My other, and closer, florist went out of business, so I went back to Labo. I had had many excellent experiences with them previously. I learned that one bad experience many years ago, out of numerous excellent experiences, should not change one’s behavior.

I was sending an arrangement to my grandmother who was in hospice for her 98th birthday. The day before I made the mistake of ordering an arrangement from another service. I paid extra for same day delivery and the arrangement never arrived. I ordered the arrangement from LABO's after reading reviews. Because of the experience the day before, I contacted LABO's to make sure the arrangement was going to be delivered. The representative was kind. I will only use LABO's.

There are no words to express how amazing Labo's is! I fell in love with Barb and her shop in 2018 when she really pulled together amazing floral arrangements for my daughters wedding with my daughter and I babbling at her with what she wanted. I live out of town, and have used Labo’s to send flowers to my grandparents for years. It’s a relief to be able to send a special greeting to them, and know it’s in such good hands. The arrangements have always been beautiful, and delivered on time.

Was very easy, the purchase with the candies was for my spouse and she shared the candies with her fellow employees and everyone of them said the candy was gross. Would look into something different or if you have a selection put that up on the list. The flowers were beautiful and both my wife and mother were happy with the arrangements.

Labo's is a great florist. I visit there often and love their fresh flowers and plants. They do great bouquets, always fresh and long-lasting. They did a wedding for us and it was fantastic. Many guests commented on how nice the flowers were. Looked great in the photos too. I bought a beautiful Christmas statue there and really like it. Their gifts are unique. This is my favorite florist in the Joliet area, I highly recommend them.
